Method

Load the containerYogurt, milk, date, lemon, vanilla and salt in first. Frozen berries on top.
BlendLid on, tamper in. Start on Variable 1, ramp to 10 over about 5 seconds and hold. Tamper hard toward the corners for about 40 seconds, stopping when four mounds form. Past 60 seconds it turns into a milkshake.
Adjust and serveTaste. If it needs sweetness, add the second date and run 10 seconds more. Serve immediately.
